We are updating the policy on these things and making sure everyone is aware. A request can be made to support to reactivate a horse that was deactivated, unretire a horse that was retired (if it hasn't been bred), reverse a geld (if no activity has been done with the horse such as working it). The request has to be made within 7 days of the action. This is to allow a safeguard against accidental actions of these things. We are now limiting the reversals of these things for each stable to a combined total maximum of 3 for the life of any stable. So, a stable can request up to 3 reactivations, 3 unretires, 3 geldings reversed, 1 reactivation + 1 unretire + 1 gelding, or any other combination of the actions for a total of up to 3 for the lifetime of the stable.
