Just a reminder as previously discussed the following starts with 2012 1st quarter breeding:
Starting with the 1st quarter of 2012 for all breedings (public and private) the stallion will have to be BC nominated to have the option to BC nominate a foal. Currently private breedings can be BC nominated without the stallion being BC nominated but the stallion bonus would not be paid. The stallion nomination fee will be 25% of the stud fee with a minimum non-refundable upfront fee of $1.00. The $1.00 will be charged initially on a stallion being offered to the public and if 25% of the stud fee is more than $1.00 the remaining amount will only be charged if a service is sold to the public.
