The numbers for qualifying for state-bred races are now posted and can be found under stables->farms->price list and are listed beside each state. To qualify a 100% or higher is needed. The number posted is a calculation based on a set number of horses and owners (approx 3% of population). The state must have 100% or more by the end of the month to qualify for state-bred races in the month following the upcoming month. So for state-bred races in September the state must have a 100% or higher by 7/31/07. The state must maintain at least an 80% or higher rating to keep state-bred racing.
